These Terms & Conditions govern your enrollment in and use of Sanskrit classes and related services (the "Service") offered by Samskritic ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Jonnalagadda Lakshmi Madhuri, an individual sole proprietor. By enrolling in a class, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms.
By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have authority to accept these Terms on the child's behalf.
We provide live online Sanskrit classes for children, along with recordings, worksheets, and supporting learning material. The Service is delivered via video conferencing and online resources. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
All course content, including class recordings, worksheets, slides, written material, branding, and the Samskritic name and logo, is owned by Samskritic and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the material for personal, non-commercial learning within your enrolled program.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, taxes, currency conversion, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are also subject to our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you:
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the specific course or program giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
