• Enrollment data — class selected, schedule preferences, attendance records;

• Class participation — video and audio during live sessions, work submitted on worksheets.

Payment information (card number, billing address) is collected and processed directly by our payment provider, Paddle. We do not see or store full payment details.

• To create your account and enroll your child in classes (contract performance);
• To deliver live classes, recordings, and worksheets (contract performance);
• To respond to support questions (contract performance / legitimate interest);
• To improve our courses and website (legitimate interest);
• To send occasional updates about upcoming cohorts (legitimate interest — you can opt out anytime);
• To prevent fraud and secure our Service (legitimate interest);
• To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who We Share Data With

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, manages subscriptions, handles taxes, and issues invoices;
• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, email delivery, video conferencing, and basic analytics tools that help us run the Service;
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting professionals where reasonably needed;
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically for the duration of your enrollment plus a reasonable period to comply with tax, accounting, and legal obligations. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.
