We want you and your child to have a great experience with our Sanskrit classes. If you have participated in the sessions and genuinely find that the program is not the right fit for your family, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all Samskritic purchases.

To request a refund, you can:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Contact us directly at madhuri.lsj@gmail.com and we'll help you through the process.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
